You may know from speaking to your friends or from our client comments over the years that our aim is to provide a really complete service whatever your level. All your training days with us are fully coached by a Professional Experienced Triathlon Coach, totally supported and tailored to your needs in terms of goals, fitness and ability levels. We have 16 years experience doing just this and are very used to working with complete novices, age groupers, world class Triathletes, Youth athletes, Kona qualifiers, in fact just about every level imaginable.
We are unique at Sancture Sportifs in that we offer fully coached and supported triathlon training camps all year round. There is no extra charge for the coaching and support, it’s all included in the price! But this Long Weekend Tri Camp has been put together just for you !

We have reserved the following TRAINING CAMP DATES for you this year: ( as flights have not yet been released both the 5th and the 11th are also being held for your group to allow flexibility with flight scheduling ). This price is based on arrival on the 6th and departure on the 10th

At the time of this post the flight schedules had not been released, but we would expect them to be less than £95 return with Ryanair!

Simply Stunning Open Water Swimming
May is a really perfect time to get in some real quality open water swim practice. We use two local lakes which are stunning and pleasantly warm in may. Structured sessions will help with water confidence, sighting, pacing, technique and stroke efficiency. Bring sun cream for relaxing afterwards! There are also fully coached Pool sessions scheduled into the week
Trail, Road and Track Running
During the week different sessions will have different focusses to help improve your technique and efficiency whilst helping you understand your biomechanics and the use of heart rate monitors and zone training . There are a wealth of running trails, tracks, and quiet roads offering spectacular scenery over the Pyrenees Orientales.
Bike Routes For All Levels
All bike sessions are fully coached ( unless of course you prefer to go off on your own on some days) and are designed to help your handling skills, pedal efficiency, pack riding, strength, cornering, climbing and descending. Whilst understanding heart rate zones and bike set up and all under blue skies!
Custom Triathlon Training
Your training at Sancture Sportifs is a dialogue, an organic journey of which we are a large part. Very few sessions are cast in stone, allowing us to adapt to desire, weather, injury, fatigue etc. But having said all that here is a general stab at what your week may look like.
All sessions have a focus, which could be strength, speed, technique, endurance etc. There is also plenty of opportunity during the week to discuss any aspect of your individual training too.
Wednesday 6th May
Arrive at Perpignan Airport, 45min Transfer provided
Settling in and Bike set up
Lunch 12pm with Drinks provided
14H – 2/3hr Introductory ride (to look at your bike technique, bike strength, weaknesses how we can help improve during the camp)
Evening Meal with Drinks provided
Thursday 7th May
Breakfast 9am
Bike 1:30 – 3hrs depending on goals, outcomes of intro ride (different groups if necessary)
Lunch 1pm
16h – 17h Lake Swim
17h30 – 18h30 Run session (could be anything from 30mins-1hr recovery run / technique run
Picnic /Evening at Lake
Friday 8th May
Breakfast 9am
Brick session 2 – 4hrs depending on goals (different groups if necessary)
Lunch between 1pm – 3 pm ( depending on group)
Optional Strength, Core or yoga session or lake swim
Dinner 7pm
Sat 9th May
Breakfast 9am
Easy Ride to Pool (option)
Picnic Lunch (at pool)
Pool swim (50M indoor)
