The standard one week (seven night) price for 2007/8 is just £238/350Euro PER PERSON. You can travel
on any days you wish (subject to our availability). This includes airport transfers from Perpignan (and Girona
for groups of 2+*), daily breakfast, a complementary arrival meal (wine & water included) and all standard
coaching**.
A 3 DAY BREAK...
£171 for 3 days full board as below.
OPTIONAL EXTRA'S...
For an extra £105/154Euro you can upgrade to Half Board, this includes a 3 course evening meal, and all
drinks.
For an extra £166/238Euro go full board and benefit from all of the above plus a 2 course daily lunch.
Take the ease out of travelling and hire a quality road bike for £100/150Euro per week or 50 for 3 days
Additional Training Days are simply charged pro-rata at £34 Standard, £49 Half Board and
£57 Full Board.
* A single persons supplement of £40/59Euro is required for a Girona transfer.
** Optional 1 to 1 swimming sessions will incur an extra £20 supplement, to cover entrance and fuel.

For athletes staying at the French National Altitude Centre in Font Romeu ....
The one week (seven night) price for 2007 is 343 pounds per person, there is no option for either half board
or just bed and breakfast: Per extra day the charge is 49 pounds per person. This charge includes all meals
but does not include the transfers to or from an airport (Perpignan is the nearest being 110km away). It does
however include a fully qualified coach and absolutely all training for the week (for groups of four and above).
For individuals/twos and threes; for one on one intense individual personal training at altitude and to discuss

Please note:
Transfer from the other airports listed on our Excellent Access page carry a small supplement per person to
cover the additional petrol and toll costs.
