How Custom Training Plans works
Tired of using a generic training plan and wish you had something created just for you? Want a program designed by a world-class coach? Well we are happy to now offer a fully personalized custom triathlon training program based on your current fitness level and available time, for whatever race distance you need. As individuals we all have different strengths and weakness and levels of ability, so generic off the shelf training plans just aren’t good enough. You deserve the best and we look forward to creating your program just for you.

5 Simple Steps to a quicker you!
STEP 1 – Simply choose your Race/Goal Date
Then you can slide the pricing calculator along to your desired start date, to see exactly how much your custom plan will cost.
STEP 2 – Complete The Online Triathlete Profile
This confidential profile is designed to gather complete information on you, your training and racing history as well as your goals. It will also provide a brief lifestyle audit (your working times, training times, equipment, training facilities, family commitments, etc.).
STEP 3 – Evaluation and Follow up
Armed with this individual information from the Profile, we will do a complete evaluation of your previous training and racing, and determine your strengths and weaknesses as an athlete. We will evaluate your goals and determine how to best advance you towards them. If necessary, we will follow-up to gather more details or get clarification. You are also welcome to “Contact us” directly to discuss your plan.
STEP 4 – Design of your New Custom Training Plan
Lastly, we will design and build a fully customized triathlon training program just for you. Your program will gradually but progressively guide you towards your race(s). You’ll train optimally and avoid the pitfalls that come with following a generic program. You’ll become a better triathlete. Longer plans are broken down into 6 week blocks to ensure accuracy and efficiency of training.
STEP 5 – Your New Training Plan Arrives
Once the design step is completed (usually taking 5 to 10 days), your new custom tri training plan will be available to you though a superb web based software program. Giving you the ability to upload data from your heart rate monitor, GPS, and Power meters (compatible with over 80 different devices). Allowing you to accurately record, monitor and analyze training and racing data as well as an online training diary allowing you to record all of your training fully.
